The majestic Himalayan range provides the backdrop for fascinating little villages where time has stood still, magnificent Buddhist temples, Hindu shrines and the friendly people of Nepal.

You will ride through forests, across suspension bridges, through rice paddies and on single track made smooth by the decades of water buffalo and farmers going about their daily tasks.

There are superb panoramic views of Dhaulagiri in the west round to Everest in the east. You will see the Himalayas in all their splendour. The valley is also the historic centre of Nepal, the place where kingdom's rose and fell.

We take a couple of days off the bike for some adrenalin pumping white water rafting and bungy jumping and then mountain bike over a few days to the border of Tibet. Its then mostly downhill through valleys and back to Kathmandu.

BRIEF ITINERARY

Day 1:  Arrive Kathmandu. Transfer to your hotel.
Day 2:  Bike day tour in Kathmandu.
Day 3:  Kathmandu to Mulkharka.
Day 4:  Mulkharka to Chisopani.
Day 5:  Chisopani to Nagarkot.
Day 6:  Day tour in Nagarkot.
Day 7:  Nagarkot to Barabise.
Day 8:  Barabise to Tibet Border.
Day 9:  Rafting or Canyoning or Bungy jumping.
Day 10:  Rafting or Canyoning or Bungy jumping.
Day 11:  Bike Tibet border to Dhulikhel.
Day 12:  Bike Dhulikhel to Kathmandu.
Day 13:  Transfer to airport.
